FM WORLD DISTRIBUTION CARES ABOUT YOUR PRIVACY AND YOUR PERSONAL DATA

FM World Distribution protects the privacy of the FM GROUP Club members. First of all, we respect all legal provisions on protection of personal data, but we also protect your data from the technical side. We give you an opportunity to change and update your personal information any time and in addition, we offer to you tips and explanations. FM World Distribution does not transfer Business Partners’ personal information to non-authorized entities. Personal information is stored on the servers and in places properly secured to which only authorized persons have access.

Employees of FM World Distribution undergo trainings about protection of personal data and managing the IT system. Our Company applies the Security Policy and Instruction of Managing the IT System, which aim to increase security of the data we process. This Privacy Policy aims to help you to understand how we process your personal data. FM World Distribution processes personal data provided voluntarily by Business Partners in order to enable them full and effective communication with other Business Partners, conclusion of agreements between Business Partners and FM World Distribution, enabling making purchases, organization of the network of Distributors, making accounting and documentation of economic transactions, calculation of points, discounts and commissions, to promote the most active Business Partners and realization of the incentive programs.

WE OPERATE IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE LAW

FM World Distribution cares about the security of personal data, in particular protects them from access by non-authorized persons. In addition, FM GROUP Poland ensures realization of the rights under:

• Act of August 29, 1997 about Personal Data Protection ((consolidated text. Journal of Laws No. 101 of 2002. item 926, as amended),
• Act of July 18, 2002 on providing services by electronic means (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204 as amended),
• April 29, 2004 by the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration as regards personal data processing documentation and technical and organizational conditions which should be fulfilled by devices and computer systems used for the personal data processing (Journal of Laws No. 100, item 1024).

We ensure implementation of your rights arising from legal regulations, in particular the right to have access to your personal data, to request an update and deletion of data from the database, to lodge an objection in the cases described in the Act on Personal Data Protection. Disclosure of own personal details is voluntary. Anyone, who provides their personal information while registration, has a guaranteed access to the content of their personal data, posibility to correct it, complete, suspend for processing (temporarily or permanently), deletion if they are incomplete, incorrect, outdated or collected in violation of the provisions of the law or the is no longer necessary for realization of the purpose for which it has been collected.

The collection of personal data carried out by FM GROUP World has been reported under the number 095 273.

LOGIN AND PASSWORD

FM World Distribution uses technical and organizational measures aimed at the best possible protection of the collected personal data against unauthorized access or misuse by unauthorized persons. The distributor shall maintain confidentiality of their data in the form of a login and password. For greater security use a password that is not easy to guess, that should not be, inter alia, a date of birth, social security number or phone number etc.

SHARING OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data can be shared with authorized entities (under current regulations), such as: jurisdiction, tax offices, etc. In addition, in cases described in the Business Partnership Agreement and the FM GROUP Club Regulations, personal data can be shared with others members of the FM GROUP Club and other entities indicated there.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION METHODS

FM World Distribution with diligence selects and uses technical and organizational measures ensuring protection of personal data against unlawful processing. These include internal reviews of our data collection, storage and processing as well as physical security measures to protect against unauthorized access to systems where we store personal data. FM World Distribution runs documentation describing the method of processing of personal data and appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data processed, appropriate to the risks and category of data being protected.
